Frequently
Asked Questions
To help you get the most out of your adventure with us, we’ve put together some answers to the most frequently asked questions. Whether you’re curious about our tour options, what to pack, or how to book, our Q&A section is here to guide you.
Is snorkelling gear provided?
We recommend bringing your own snorkelling gear. However, masks, snorkels, and adjustable fins are available free of charge if needed.
Will we visit One Foot Island?
Yes, One Foot Island is one of the two to three island stops included in our full-day private lagoon cruise.
What if I’m a weak swimmer?
We provide life jackets and pool noodles to ensure you can swim with confidence.
What’s included in the lunch?
A light lunch is included in the full-day private lagoon cruise. It typically consists of fresh sandwiches, local fruit, garden salad, water, and complimentary beer/RTDs. We offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options upon request. Please confirm dietary preferences ahead of time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather can be unpredictable. We recommend discussing the dates of your arrival and departure of your Aitutaki stay with us in advance so we can plan for a backup day if necessary. On the day of your arrival in Aitutaki, we’ll confirm the tour date. If adverse weather prevents us from operating, we’ll suggest alternative ways to enjoy Aitutaki’s lagoon.
How do we book a tour and pay?
To book, please email us. Payment is due on the day of the tour. We prefer cash, but we also accept international bank transfers and credit card payments, which are subject to additional fees.
Do you have the One Foot Island Passport Stamp?
Yes, we offer the One Foot Island Passport Stamp, as well as the exclusive Honeymoon Island Passport Stamp.
What if I want more island exploration and less snorkelling?
Our private lagoon tours are flexible. If you prefer more island exploration or more snorkelling, please contact us in advance so we can tailor the itinerary to your preferences.
What should we bring on the tour?
We recommend brining the following: reef-safe sunscreen, jandals/reef shoes, a beach towel and adequate sun protection as we do not have shelter on board. Because our vessel is small, we ask that you take into consideration the amount and weight of the personal items you want to bring on board.
What are your cancellation and refund policies
Cancellations are accepted up to one day before the scheduled tour. Since we don’t require advance payment, refunds are not applicable.
