Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment:

• To book a private lagoon tour, a reservation must be made at least a day in advance.
• Payment is due on the day of the tour. Cash is preferred; however, international bank transfers and credit card payments are also accepted. Please note that additional fees will apply for non-cash payments.
• The specific duration of the tour will vary depending on the selected tour option. Details will be provided upon booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations are fees-free and can be made up until a day before the scheduled tour.
• In the event of tour cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Tour Details:

• The duration of the tour varies depending on the selected option.
• Meeting point and time will be confirmed upon booking.
• The tour is subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour if weather conditions are unsafe.

4. Responsibilities and Conduct:

• Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the tour guide.
• Any damage to equipment or property caused by participants may result in additional charges.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

5. Health and Safety:

• Participants should disclose any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. Liability:

• We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Amendments:

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before your tour date.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Cook Islands.
